Спеціалістами ГО “Інфекційний контроль в Україні” проведено 2 онлайн-тренінги “Організація медичного клінінгу в закладах охорони здоров’я – запорука інфекційної безпеки лікарні”. В тренінгах взяли участь медичні працівники лікарень з міст Дніпро, Житомир, Полтава, Чернігів, Ірпінь, Одеса, Нетішин, Кременець.
На тренінгах обговорили питання щодо організації медичного клінінгу, а також розібрали алгоритм прибирання безвідерним методом за допомогою сучасного обладнання для медичного клінінгу, яке лікарні отримали від ГО “Інфекційний контроль в Україні” за підтримки Project HOPE. Це новий для наших лікарень, сучасний, комплексний підхід до організації прибирання в закладах охорони здоров’я.
Безвідерний метод має ряд переваг у порівнянні з застарілим методом прибирання за допомогою відра та швабри:
- Значно полегшує працю санітарок (не потрібно таскати важкі відра, віджимати ганчірки руками та мити підлогу, навантажуючи спину).
- Суттєво заощаджує час (час на прибирання скорочується в 2-3 рази).
- Значно знижує витрату дезінфекційних засобів (їх витрата зменьшується в 40 разів).
- Зручний у використанні.
- І, головне, повністю виключає перенос інфекційного забруднення з одного приміщення в інше, тобто попереджає виникнення та розповсюдження внутрішньолікарняної інфекції.
Тренінги викликали зацікавленість з боку медичного персоналу лікарень. На них були присутні більш 200 осіб – медичні директори, головні сестри лікарень, члени відділів з інфекційного контролю, старші медсестри відділень, санітарки та працівники господарчої служби.
Сподіваємось, що з нашою допомогою в лікарнях будуть впроваджені комплексні заходи з інфекційного контролю. Бо мета ГО “Інфекційний контроль в Україні” – зробити лікарні безпечними для пацієнтів та медичних працівників. Наш девіз: “Від слів – до рішучих дій!”
Specialists of the NGO “Infection Control in Ukraine” conducted 2 online training sessions “Organization of medical cleaning in health care facilities – the key to hospital infection safety”. Medical workers of the hospitals from the cities of Dnipro, Zhytomyr, Poltava, Chernihiv, Irpin, Odesa, Netishyn and Kremenets took part in the training sessions.
At the training sessions, issues related to the organization of medical cleaning were discussed, as well as the algorithm of cleaning by the bucketless method was analyzed using modern equipment for medical cleaning, which the hospitals received from the NGO “Infection Control in Ukraine” with the support of Project HOPE. This is a new for our hospitals, a modern, comprehensive approach to the organization of cleaning in health care facilities.
The bucketless method has a number of advantages compared to the outdated method of cleaning with a bucket and mop:
- Makes the work of orderlies much easier (no need to carry heavy buckets, wring out rags with hands and wash the floor, straining your back).
- Substantially saves time (time for cleaning is reduced by 2-3 times).
- Significantly reduces the consumption of disinfectants (their consumption is reduced by 40 times).
- Convenient to use.
- And, most importantly, it completely excludes the transfer of infectious contamination from one room to another, that is, it prevents the occurrence and spread of intrahospital infection.
The training sessions aroused the interest of the medical staff of the hospitals. They were attended by more than 200 people – medical directors, head nurses of hospitals, members of departments for infection control, senior nurses of departments, orderlies and employees of the economic service.
We hope that with our help, comprehensive infection control measures will be implemented in hospitals. Because the goal of the NGO “Infection Control in Ukraine” is to make hospitals safe for patients and medical workers. Our motto: “From words to decisive actions!”
